The Company Excepts no Responsibility for any Money paid Directly to the Driving Instructor for Block Booking Discounts 

1.  If you wish to cancel a lesson, for any reason 48 hours

     notice must be given or  

     lesson will be charged for in full. Any cancellation or

     change of time must be

     made direct with your instructor.

2. Pupils must be in possession of a current British

     Provisional  Driving licence.

3. Please pay instructor the appropriate fee at start of each

     lesson.

4. Hire of car for day of test from £120

5.  All accounts must be settled prior to taking the official   

     test.

6.  The Driving Instructor reserves the right to refuse the use

       of a school car for

      the date of test, if the instructor considers the pupil has

       not reached a

      sufficient standard of competence to take full

      responsibility for the safety of

      our vehicles and other road users.

7.   Please note all pre-payments once payed for cannot be

       refunded unless the

      services of the company are not available.

8.  All persons embarking on Lessons with the school agree to

      abide by these

      rules and accept all contracts for the provision of services

      are between them

      and the instructor and not between them and ONE2ONE

      Driving School.
